Then pull out the gain switch for serious overdrive, but yet still hear the tone of your guitar. It's how a classic British valve amp should sound. Now dial in the all tube design Accutronics spring reverb, back off your guitar volume and you have the coolest sounding amp on the planet.All this and useable 'musical' 3-stage tone network, this amp does it all. Perfect with HiWatt's Classic Custom 2x12 Cabinet or even the Custom 4x12" Cabinet for that extra big sound! Adjustable 4, 8 & 16 ohm output impedance, and switchable voltage.A look inside the amplifier will reveal point- to-point hand wiring, turret tag boards (no printed circuits), and hand laced wiring harnesses. The power and output transformers are manufactured by Partridge, the original 1970's supplier to the original design sheets. The components and wires are the modern available equivalents of the vintage components, 1-watt carbon resistors, and wound polyester capacitors being used throughout.
